1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Food products, including homemade achar, ghee, chutney, murabba, and similar items, cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations. Once these products are delivered, they are considered final sale.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • We make every effort to ensure your order is properly packaged and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • To process a return or exchange, please provide:
    • A photo of the damaged product or incorrect item.
    • Your order number and details.

3. Refunds

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will either:
    • Replace the item (if available).
    • Offer a refund for the value of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return or refund request
    • Photo of the product (if applicable)

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping cost for the return.
  • If you change your mind or wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the return is approved and the item has been received (if applicable).
  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank.
